Now that fall is well underway, it’s time for another market update. 

First, let’s examine how many homes have been selling. When we compare the number of units sold this year compared to this same time in 2018, the data has remained largely flat. The amount of available inventory, about two months’ worth across most markets and price points in our area, has also stayed very similar.

Home values, meanwhile, have continued to rise, with appreciation rates remaining strong.
