Today, I want to explain why the fall is a great time to sell. There are a couple of reasons why this is.

First of all, there is less competition. While conventional wisdom may tell sellers that they should be off the market during the fall and wait until spring to sell, this simply isn’t the case.

Nevertheless, many sellers stick to this advice. This results in fewer listings on the market and less competition in general.

This means that serious buyers who are looking for homes in the fall have fewer options to choose from. As a result, it can become easier for you, as a seller, to find interested buyers.
