Happy New Year!

As 2017 comes to a close, we'd like to reflect upon the past year and give our thanks to those that have helped us succeed! 2017 was an incredible year for Brace Homes! We found out in July that we were officially the #1 Real Estate Team in Grand Rapids for not only the dollar volume of homes sold but also for the number of homes sold! This is an incredible feat for our very small 7 person team as we are competing locally against large teams with 20-30 people on them! We attribute our success to our wonderful clients, family & friends who continue to refer business our way and also to our commitment to provide the absolute best Real Estate service in West Michigan.
