When you put your home on the market, making sure that it looks good is going to vastly improve your success with buyers.

Today, I’ve got a few key staging tips that can help you prepare your listing for sale.

First of all, clean up your curb appeal. Update exterior hardware like light fixtures, doorbells, and door handles. You may also need to give the front door a fresh coat of paint. You will also want to wash and clean the exterior so that the buyer can see the home is well-maintained.

When it comes to the interior, make sure there are no dark spaces. Your home should be bright inside, since that will make it feel much more inviting. Also, remember to take care of any odors. You can use soft music to add an additional layer to the experience if you like.

Another thing you might consider is making some fresh cookies to leave out for the buyers. This will add a nice, warm touch. These simple touches will make a big difference.

If you have any other questions or would like more information, feel free to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
